eNGINE is hiring a Software Engineer who’s excited to build modern, scalable products in a fast-moving environment. If you’re passionate about clean architecture, automation-first development, and creating impactful technology in the healthcare space, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate within a small, cross-functional team to influence product design and system architecture
- Build software for a next-generation healthcare technology platform using a cloud-based microservices model
- Lead development projects and mentor other engineers
- Create scalable, automation-focused solutions that support rapid growth
- Write reliable, well-tested code
- Follow secure coding best practices for sensitive healthcare data
- Develop clean, intuitive front-end interfaces using modern React
Tech Stack:
- Python / Flask
- React
- SQL
- Cloud + containerization environment
- Microservices architecture
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience building software in a modern development environment
- Experience working in cloud environments with container strategies
- Proficiency in either: Python + SQL or React
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with microservices is required
Bonus Points:
- Healthcare technology experience
- Experience with both Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Background scaling applications in production
