Biomedical Engineering Support Analyst
Scope of PositionThe Clinical Engineering (CE) department is responsible for assuring that the patient care instrumentation used within the Medical Center is safe and effective. This involves all aspects of medical equipment asset management including systems planning, pre-purchase assessment, acquisition, installation, functional verification, incorporation into the clinical environment, routine maintenance, corrective maintenance and scheduled updates as appropriate.
