The Federal Railroad Administration is seeking a highly qualified executive to serve as the agency’s Director of Office of Planning and Policy Analysis in the Office of Railroad Policy and Development. The Director is responsible for coordinating national rail strategy, national planning and sustainability activities , leading network route, business and capital planning, including development of tools for regional and state planners and analyzing passenger and freight industry performance.
