Manager, Salesforce Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Dallas, TX. Assist clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service, and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building/leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards, leveraging experience designing custom UI and mobile apps;
- Performing Software configurations or related coding in one of the following CRM technological product suites: Salesforce.com, Oracle, Marketo, and related cloud and/or on-premise ERP business applications; and
- Architecting software solutions for enterprise systems using MuleSoft integration platform.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
