Position Description:Under nominal direction, the Customer Care Services Director provides senior-level leadership for staff and programs related to Austin Energy Customer Care Services.The Customer Care Services Director will oversee the Commercial Call Center. This team is dedicated to working with small to mid-size commercial customers.
