As a Composite Strengthening Systems Business Specialist, you will be responsible for working independently and with your teammates to drive the profitable growth of Simpson's share in the Composite Strengthening Systems (CSS) market within the Southeast US territory.  You are responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs, competition, and market potential and helping to formulate and execute the business strategy for this industry. You will research and communicate appropriate market trends and field intelligence to Management and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include completing a wide variety of projects aimed at supporting the existing product offering while helping identify future growth opportunities. You will be a top-level
