Position summary: The Department of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise (http://hnfe.vt.edu) in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) invites applications for a 9-month tenure-track faculty appointment with research and teaching responsibilities at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. We are seeking an outstanding individual with expertise in studying cardiometabolic function in health and disease. Individuals with expertise in studying the cellular and molecular mechanisms regulating mitochondrial energetics in the context of dietary and/or exercise interventions in animal models and/or humans are encouraged to apply. We have a strong interest in individuals who can work w
