The new Department of Medical Engineering, as a strategic priority for the University of South Florida, invites applications for six tenure/tenure-track positions at the Senior (Associate and Full Professor) or Junior (Assistant Professor) level. The successful candidate is expected to lead a team of trainees, including graduate students in doctoral research, and help innovate the teaching of undergraduate and graduate level courses in biomedical engineering, including those in clinical and hospital settings in association with academic clinicians. The Faculty Member will contribute to USF’s successes in a priority BME research area such as neuroengineering, cardiac engineering, biomedical imaging, bioelectronics, cell and tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, molecular medicine, d
