Open Rank of Pediatric Division Chief of Genetics Dysmorphology
The Department of Pediatrics at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center is seeking an experienced clinician in Genetics/Dysmorphology at the Associate Professor or Professor Level to serve as Division Chief for Genetics/Dysmorphology. The candidate will be involved with clinical care, medical education, mentoring of junior faculty and division administration. There are excellent opportunities for research.  Clinics are held in Albuquerque and throughout New Mexico. The Division currently consists of two full-time clinical geneticists, two Genetic Counselors, a Metabolic Dietician, an RN coordinator and an Advanced Practice Provider. UNM serves a diverse patient population and is the only Level 1 Trauma center for the State.
