The Mechanical Engineering program at York College of Pennsylvania invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering position beginning in the Fall 2026 semester. The growing and successful program houses approximately 200 undergraduates, six full-time faculty members, and five part-time and full-time staff members. Our collegial and collaborative program is characterized by a focus towards hands-on work, small class sizes, and extensive student/faculty interactions. Students in the engineering programs participate in design/build/test projects throughout the curriculum, culminating with a yearlong Capstone Design project that requires a functioning prototype.
