Bioinformatics Specialist
Functions as a Bioinformatics Specialist in the Biomedical Informatics Department. Perform the state-of-the-art analysis of spatial multi-omics and immunologic datasets through collaborations with biomedical researchers; mine relevant public domain, commercial, and local datasets; implement integrative analysis of disparate sources of both omics and clinical data; identify and resolve data-related issues. Develop bioinformatics methods and pipelines via working with the faculty in the Department of Biomedical Informatics; implement artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML).
