1. Conducts comprehensive literature searches across multiple databases with term and syntax translation. 2. Provides consultation and training to research teams on evidence synthesis research methodology and best practices for various aspects, such as risk of bias and reporting guidelines. 3. Creates and maintains research guides, instructional materials and tutorials pertaining to evidence synthesis. 4. Serves as point person for intake of all YSM requests for evidence synthesis projects, working with a committee to evaluate project readiness and the library's appropriate level of involvement. 5. Facilitates the monthly Search Methods Group meetings to share best practices, discuss policies and test new products. 6. Coordinates training to expand the development and currency of librarian
