Scope of PositionUnder general supervision by the Service Manager or Director, the Biomedical Electronics Technician (BMET) coordinates with clinicians the planning, design, development, implementation, functionality and evaluation of free standing and integrated patient care equipment and systems that support and enhance clinical practice and diagnostic, therapeutic and monitoring requirements for improved patient outcomes.
