Non-Tenure Track Teaching Faculty Position, Biomedical Engineering - Open Rank
The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota invites applications for an instructor position beginning Fall 2026. The position is teaching- focused, including classroom and lab instruction. This is a 12-month, annually renewable position, beginning 2026 through 2029, with the possibility for extension. Successful applicants will have:- a strong commitment to undergraduate biomedical engineering education and to developing innovative, high-quality curricular materials and instructional initiatives- familiarity and sufficient background to teach topics that will cover ~85% of our department curriculum- ability to teach 5-6 of our (typically) 3-credit courses per academic yearCourses will be determined in consultation with departm
