SummaryUnder broad supervision of the Director of Engineering & Utilities, the Civil Engineer applies professional civil engineering knowledge and skills to a variety of engineering projects. The Civil Engineer analyzes and interprets complex engineering, construction, and planning documents in compliance with Town requirements, including review of engineering plans and technical reports for development projects, plats, development plans and utility plans.
