Sr. Engineer– Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
This Senior Engineer position is a core member of a small engineering team that works alongside the CIP Program Manager to develop, oversee, and enhance a variety of tools, products and reports related to the department’s long-range capital plan. Charlotte Water’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) consists of 100+ water and wastewater utility infrastructure and related support projects. This position will work closely with project and program managers handling large scale utility focused capital investments throughout all stages of delivery.
