Quality Manager -   This position requires a person to manage the Fabric Development’s  Quality Management System with minimum supervision, exercising judgment and initiative in a rapidly growing environment.  Tasks and Work Activities Ensure all employees follow Kordsa and industry health and safety standards. Building a culture where safety is a priority. Overall responsibility for product quality prior to shipment as measured by agreed upon metrics (Lab Rejection Rate, Internal/External CPARs, Customer Complaints, etc). Direct management of laboratory technicians. Through Quality Systems Specialist, realize FDI’s AS9100C / ISO 9001:2008 Quality Manageme
