Lab Assistant I - Surgery
DescriptionThe Department of Surgery is seeking to hire a limited part time Laboratory Asisstant I to work in a cutting-edge Liver Transplant research laboratory. Under the mentorship of the 2 Principal Investigators the candidate will help perform research that aims to develop a mouse model of alcohol disease. In this role you will work with primary and passaged liver cell lines and research animals. This will require you to complete a variety of common lab techniques including, but not limited to, protein expression and isolation, ELISA, IHC and Western blotting.
