Minimum Education and Experience: The successful candidate must hold a minimum of a master's degree and ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical laboratory science field. The candidate will be expected to obtain a terminal degree within an allotted time. Current professional U.S. certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist MLS (ASCP)CM or equivalent is preferred.
