Sr. Civil Engineer (2659) This position is responsible for administering the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program; coordinating the evaluation of submitted applications; overseeing the collection of required data; conducting safety analysis including the construction of collision diagrams; conducting neighborhood meetings and developing projects; assisting with the traffic count program and associated staff to ensure accurate collection of a variety of transportation data that is critical to support many GDOT plans/programs; and investigate neighborhood traffic safety concerns and coordinate recommendations with affected customers.
