Staff Research Associate I - Cancer Immunotherapy Research
DescriptionThe lab of Sanaz Memarzadeh, MD, PhD, focuses on understanding themolecular basis of the formation, progression and treatment of gynecologicepithelial cancers. The GynecologicOncology (GO) Discovery lab investigates the molecular pathways inchemotherapy-resistant ovarian and aggressive endometrial tumor cells that arecandidates for therapeutic intervention via small molecule inhibitors and/orimmunotherapy. Knowledge gained fromthis translational research will then be used to design and test strategies forcancer therapeutics that will move onto clinical trials.
