Manager Technology Strategy (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Develop strategies to transform technology capabilities from companies and solve clients’ most critical challenges. Advise on building technology enabled and agile operating models, planning clients’ new enterprise architecture into a differentiating capability system that helps them win in the market, leveraging digital analytics to enhance the customer experience and optimizing business operations. Leverage modern management techniques to foster growth and enable clients to make better trade decisions and improve operations. Demonstrate indepth expertise. Coach and supervise teams.
Develop strategies to transform the technology capabilities of clients, such as, to optimize the performance of critical business operations in Mergers and Acquisitions, update the technology structure to ensure compliance with regulations, or implement a holistic digital transformation for the business or its key operations to increase the client’s competitiveness in the industry. Assist clients by assessing their current technology structure, gather the client’s requirements and research on the industry trends to identify innovative solutions and develop a roadmap to improve the IT capabilities for clients in multiple industries, such as consumer goods, manufacturing, TMT, and financial services. Employ knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL to design global IT sourcing strategy and third-party management model to extract data and translate it into business requirements. Employ expertise in Agile development to evaluate current operating models and transform and/or adopt more efficient operating models. Utilizing MS Office (Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint), Jira Software, and Sketch to formulate and present digital transformation plans. Monitor resource allocation, budget tracking, and maintain project schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely project completion.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Understanding Operating Model and Organization Structure, strategic sourcing, process automation, performance measurement and data & analytics;
Working on IT Op model design & Road mapping;
Demonstrating experience with Agile (DevSecOps) / Tools (ITIL), including sourcing, benchmarking, financial modeling and digital skillsets; and
Working on IT Process / Tools Analysis and Conceptual Design.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
