Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities, Maintenance, Planning
Primary Purpose of the Position: Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance and in collaboration with colleagues across the campus, the incumbent is responsible for the administrative leadership, management and oversight for the University’s Facilities Management (FM) department. The scope of responsibility and span of control includes University functions associated with planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations of University facilities and supporting services, as well as real estate management, energy management, sustainability and motor fleet management.
