Senior Associate Dean, Faculty Well-Being
Overview The Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Well-Being will report to the Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and serve as a critical member of the Office of Faculty Affairs. The Senior Associate Dean will partner with the Dean, Vice Dean, and Advocate Health system clinical leadership to develop and lead well-being initiatives with the goal of improving the professional experience (including physical, mental, and emotional well-being) for a broad range of stakeholders. This leader will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the overall well-being, resilience, experience, and satisfaction of faculty within Wake Forest University School of Medicine (WFUSM).
