This is a hybrid remote/in-person position - you will be required to come into the office when needed such as for: Certain meetings and events, client requests or as directed by the VP of Corporate Services as necessary. The Principal Telecom Engineer will provide leadership, people management, and financial management to the Engineering group. They are responsible for overseeing a team of diverse Engineers in the completion of engineering projects. Their duties include hiring and training qualified engineering staff, setting project budgets and timelines for completion. This position will work with other company leaders to assist in developing and implementing successful strategies for the purpose of bring value to our current customers
