The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading, managing and overseeing all activities on assigned projects. The PM is the representative of the project in the office, acting as the primary advocate and point of contact for the client. The PM is responsible for overall project performance including quality, budget, and schedule. This position leads their team of engineering staff to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion on-time, on/under-budget, and meeting FSB’s quality standards. The PM is responsible for directing and overseeing the implementation of improved discipline production tools, standards, and processes. The PM communicates with and coordinat
