Associate Research Scientist - East Central Illinois
The University of Illinois Biomedical Imaging Center and Stephens Family Clinical Research Institute at Carle Foundation Hospital are looking to hire a postdoctoral fellow for a three-year position in its newly formed, joint Advanced Imaging Center in Urbana, Illinois.Specifically, the position will be directly connected to the new Siemens 7T Terra system, which was installed in early September 2020. The system joins two 3 T Prisma MRI systems at the Biomedical Imaging Center at the University of Illinois and several 1.5 T MRI systems, a 3 T Siemens Prisma system, and a 3T Siemens Vida system at Carle Foundation Hospital.The postdoctoral position is linked to a recently funded project, the Champaign Urbana Population Study, which aims to create a large normative population
