The Senior Research Engineer is responsible for the development of new glass and synthetic nonwoven products and processes for Johns Manville which will lead to increased sales and will strengthen JM’s competitive advantage.   Your Day to Day: Leading moderate to long-term product development projects resulting in moderate to significant business advantages for JM. This includes conducting research, designing and running pilot/plant trials, providing support to plant and production, qualifying products, and performing project management functions Developing patents, trade secrets and/or other intellectual property that provides strategic business advantages for JM Leading new product commercialization through multi-stage deve
