*A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A QUALITY TECHNICIAN*

In this role, you are responsible for inspecting components related to the manufacturing of die casting equipment. Simply put, you perform quality control checks at various steps throughout the manufacturing and assembly process of our die casting equipment. We train you in quality control procedures and provide opportunity to obtain ISO Quality Inspector Certification.

Throughout the inspection process, you use tools such as calipers, gauges, and Faro lasers ensure the highest quality. You are meticulous about correctly filling out any NCRs (non-conforming parts reports). Safety is always your top priority, and you continually follow established safety procedures. As a dedicated employee, you work hard to ensure our customers receive the level of quality and safety that they expect and that we as a company are proud to stand behind. *QUALIFICATIONS FOR A QUALITY TECHNICIAN*

* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year experience in inspection or related activity, such as CNC Machinist

* Has the ability to work with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, ring gauges, CMM equipment, and other measurement equipment.

ASQ Quality Inspector Certification is preferred but not required. Do you excel in a self-paced environment? Is your attention to detail exceptional? Can you think quickly on your feet and handle problems as they come? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
