About the Job
Analyze and report data to identify defect trends within product criteria. Then coordinate and drive improvements.
Prepare investigative reports, failure analysis and response to reported issues, complaints and returns.
Produce and implement proper controls, operator instructions and quality tools used to verify customer products at all phases in process.
Utilize Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify risks within process or design characteristics.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline.
Experience with SPC, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 system requirements.
3+ years’ experience in quality management within plastic injection molding.
