The primary purpose of the Director, Division of Genetics is to provide broad direction and coordination of all activities within the Division The chosen candidate will be responsible for: overseeing recruitment and retention of faculty and staff within the Division; establishing standards of academic, educational, and clinical performance; and leading strategic planning for research and for clinical activities in the Division. The successful candidate will foster an environment that values the development and facilitation of quality clinical and research programs.
