Environmental Health Engineer
The Drinking Water Program helps Vermonters understand and take action to reduce their exposure to contaminants impacting human health. We provide science-based knowledge to support policy decisions on water use and regulations to protect public health and the environment. We are looking for an Environmental Health Engineer who can complete technical research at a professional level involving assessments and mitigation of drinking water contaminants. We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the telephone responding to calls from Vermonters regarding their drinking water and connecting and collaborating with program partners as it relates to other work activities.
