Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh seeks applicants for a teaching-track position beginning in Fall Semester, 2023. This is a career-oriented, renewable faculty appointment with primary responsibility for teaching and scholarly contributions to the educational mission of the University. We are interested in candidates who can teach in one or more of the areas of computing, data science, and information systems. We have several broad areas of interest, including application software development, mobile computing, data science and big data, information security and assurance, and design and development of human-centered information systems.
