What you will be doing: Review and Fully understand Customer requirements and needs Design, Review and support solutions (SLD, BOM, etc.) Manage RMA process Lab Testing, troubleshooting and diagnostics Generate detailed and concise reports Interact with Sales and Logistics regarding Orders and Delivery Pro
