JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager will provide Course support for AIM-AHEAD program. The Program Manager will assist in creating sound course design documents and assignments based on innovative learning models and instruction design.
Duties may include but are not limited to developing, implementing, and coordinating course and program design [40% effort]; participating in the review and evaluation of new and existing course content [20% effort]; and providing instructional design support for new courses and revision of existing courses [20% effort]. Project management skills ensure that deliverables from Subject Matter Experts are produced according to the defined timetable and in a matter that meets defined expectations [20% effort].
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills.
- Strong proficiency with graphic and video design software
- Experience with virtual web-based video conferencing tools: Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Highly proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Outlook)
- Experience managing content in a Learning Management System is preferred.
- Experience using tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Snagit preferred
- Create Course Framework documents and a learner-centric course design model
- Oversee changes to curriculum based on feedback from the course directors and learners.
- Support curriculum development and revision process, including regularly updating course documents and design.
- Collaborate and align with project stakeholders or subject matter experts across the organization to determine the scope of instructional needs, create learning objectives, content sequence, and structure
- Decisiveness, flexibility, and an ability to adapt to an environment of intense growth and change.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Provides Learning Management System (LMS) and ticketing system support as requested
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, Engineering, Psychology, or a similar technical or people-oriented field preferred
