In compliance with applicable New York and New Jersey State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is mandatory for all MSK employees, contingent workers, and volunteers. Exceptions are permitted for those employees who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption.
*Staff working at a MSK New Jersey location must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, which includes having completed the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and booster once eligible as mandated by New Jersey State. All New Jersey staff not yet eligible for a booster must receive a booster within 3 weeks of becoming eligible as a condition of continued employment at MSK.
Note: Individuals are eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster five months after receiving the second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or two months after the J&J vaccine.

Clinical Research Coordinator

Our extraordinary scientists and clinicians work together to drive innovation and tackle some of the greatest challenges of biomedical science!
We are seeking Clinical Research Coordinators to join us in the fight against cancer. In this role, you will work collaboratively as a member of our research team focused on responsibilities related to managing clinical trials data. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be an essential member of our team as data is the key to our research, allowing us to continuously learn about the people and diseases we help treat.

You Will:
- Collect, abstract, and enter data for research projects, databases, and/or protocols (clinical trials). This includes reviewing patient charts, existing databases, and other sources within a specified timeframe.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the life of the study.
- Collaborate with members of the research and care teams across MSK regarding data input.
- Generate data reports and deliver to all necessary parties on the progress of the research project, database, or protocol.
- Design and/or enhance databases, data forms and tools (e.g. patient/human subject calendars, schedules, tracking logs) to facilitate patient consent and specimen collection as needed for assigned research projects.
- Ensure all appropriate Institutional, State, and Federal regulations throughout the study are followed.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, such as filing and scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Coordinate clinical research protocols and serve as the main point of contact, if applicable
You Have:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Commitment for at least 2 years
