The Gastrointestinal Oncology Service in the Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a full-time medical oncologist at the Assistant Attending level for clinical service and research. Our 42 full-time medical oncologists cover the widest range of diseases in the Division of Solid Tumor Oncology, including cancers of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, colon and rectum, anus, pancreas, primary liver, bile ducts, and neuroendocrine tumors. The Gastrointestinal Oncology Service supports a dedicated clinical and translational research program for cancers of unknown primary origin. The position involves caring for patients with gastrointestinal cancers and participation in research with multiple Disease Management Teams. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in medical oncology. International candidates must seek a visa at the U.S. consulate prior to entry into the United States. Physicians must demonstrate completion of all three steps of USMLE and hold a valid license in the state of practice.
