General Purpose This position is primarily responsible for the overall operation of the McNeil Generating Station, BED Solar Arrays, Winooski One Hydro electric, and Burlington Gas Turbine. The Supervisor of Plant Operation will be responsible for providing high quality leadership, communication and supervision for McNeil Operation area and Winooski One personnel.  Essential Job Functions Supervises and evaluate the McNeil Shift Supervisors and Power Production Technician at Winooski One Hydroelectric to ensure that their specific duties and responsibilities are being fulfilled in a prudent and professional manner. Assists in the preparation of, and compliance with, all applicable operating and capital budgets.
