The Operations and Decision Technologies (ODT) Department of the Kelley School of Business invites applications for clinical faculty positions in Information Systems (IS) to begin Fall 2022. The ODT Department consists of the Information Systems, Operations Management, and Decision Sciences groups and offers IS programs at the undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral levels.
These openings are targeted at the Clinical Assistant Professor level, but exceptional candidates at the Clinical Associate Professor level will be considered. A PhD degree, DBA degree or ABD with degree completion by August 2022, in a related field (e.g., information systems, computer science, and data science) and a strong record or promise in teaching is required. The major teaching responsibilities of these positions involve information systems courses (including computer programming, database, and other technical courses) in the undergraduate and Masters Programs. Research in IS pedagogy is also desirable. We welcome candidates whose work will help us advance the School’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs.
Faculty will be available to meet with candidates at the ICIS conference; applicants not attending ICIS will also be considered. To ensure consideration, applications should be received by November 7, 2021, however the search will continue until the positions are filled. Interested applicants should review position requirements and apply at https://indiana.peopleadmin.com/postings/11466. Candidates should direct any questions to Kailee Cooper, Department of Operations and Decision Technologies, Kelley School of Business, 1309 East 10th Street, HH 4100, Bloomington, IN 47405 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
