Responsible for providing engineering expertise and project management to the development, design and implementation of intersection modifications related to new traffic control signals and roundabouts. Responsible for the design, review, approval and implementation of geometric modifications related to road safety, and for the design, review and approval of traffic management plans associated with road construction projects.Delivers/monitors traffic management studies, oversees operational analysis for network modification and traffic control signal warrant assessment, conducts delay analysis/queuing studies and safety investigations, and delivers technical and financial scoping for project implementation.
Education & ExperienceFour (4) year university degree in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a transportation engineering environment.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
