We manufacture bio-based polymers with a goal of replacing single-use petroleum-based plastics. Our biopolymers are bio-based and made from resources that are biodegradable and compostable.
We are currently seeking an experienced mid-career Agricultural Engineer for the RWDC Innovation Resource Team. The Innovation Resource Team provides project resources for the design and implementation of innovations anywhere within the RWDC organization.
This exciting role involves classical Agricultural Engineering projects that integrate Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biological Engineering, and Process Engineering.
This is a hands-on role with primary duties in development of processes and systems.
A strong candidate will have a variety of demonstrated skills and experiences in the various engineering disciplines, in other words, someone about whom it might be said “has done it all” and “can do it all”. We are looking for a candidate with a command of engineering theory and principles and who enjoys personally following through with hands-on validation. The successful candidate will create and maintain engineering documentation, communicate effectively and provide direction and follow-up to shops, technical vendors, work crews, controls staff, etc. regarding systems and projects.
