To provide project management in the planning, design, construction, close-out, move-in, and warranty phases of multiple new construction and renovation projects. To manage, maintain, and update the electronic documents and drawings for all existing and future facilities.

Knowledge:• Architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, and construction management.• Regulations regarding accessibility and hazardous materials found in buildings.• Project planning and management principles.• Budget preparation, bid and purchasing procedures, and expense control.• Principles and practices of commercial architecture and construction techniques.• Principles and practices used in advanced Autodesk software, specifically AutoCad and Revit software operation and application.• Building construction codes and standards.• Methods of calculating areas within buildings and properties and recording measurements.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
Work Experience:Three years related work experience.

Technology Skills• Use a variety of spreadsheet, word-processing, database, and presentation software including facility condition assessment software and computer aided design software.
1. Professional registration in Engineering or Architecture2. 4 years or more of experience in construction project management, preferably in the public or academic sector.
