Leads and directs the activities of two OS’s, Operators, DPO's and Technicians. Champions safety, compliance and System Integrity Plan efforts within the area. Coordinates product movements and mainline operations with interconnecting pipeline companies and carriers. Reviews, develops and manages plans and projects to accomplish business objectives. Reviews and approves expenditures and invoices. Coordinates the work of subject matter experts, contractors and suppliers to accomplish business objectives. Leads in a manner which fully supports our Magellan Core Values and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
High school diploma required. Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred, plus five years of pipeline or terminal industry experience. Prefer strong background in operations and maintenance with additional experience in measurement, business development and/or Environmental Health & Safety. Valid driver license required to drive a company vehicle.
This position will be filled at a level commensurate with the candidate's education and experience.
