Enter, maintain, update and distribute documents using Unifier software
Manage the Document Control process and files for all project documents including submittals, RFIs/RFCs, general correspondence, project reports, meeting minutes and other records
Issue and distribute document control logs and status and tracking reports
Maintain and distribute action item logs and report on the status of open items
Distribute documents and maintain controlled distribution lists.
Maintain process and track status of all documents
Log design/document comments
Coordinate design, submittal, RFI and document reviews
Coordinate and obtain approvals on a variety of documents
Assist in preparing contract documents
Interface with third party agencies as needed
Provide training and guidance in document control systems and procedures
Manage the Change Control process and files for all contract changes, prepare reports, and manage all records regarding contract change issues
Assist in responding to information requests and respond to requests for documents as required
Assist in preparing project closeout documentation
Assist other personnel, as required and perform other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time
Daily oral and in-person communication with project staff and client
Must be proficient in MS Office Professional
Must have administrative level proficiency in Electronic Program Management software(s)
Aconex, e-Builder, Contract Management, Prolog, Unifier, SharePoint, PMWeb and Procore
Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional
Experience performing Document Control/Configuration Management work supporting complex large-scale engineering and construction projects preferably in transit, highway and other public works projects
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field or construction management certificate preferred
