What You’ll Bring: - Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with an emphasis on transportation, public infrastructure, trails, drainage, utilities, site development, and civic projects for municipal and private clients
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent education is required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing or ability to acquire.
- Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or InRoads/Microstation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a creative, professional, team environment

Salary Range: $78,000 - $105,000/year Otak provides benefits designed to enhance our employees’ quality of life and support them in pursuing their professional and personal goals. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, and vision plans with the full cost for employee coverage and most of the cost for family coverage paid for by Otak. We also offer PTO accrual based on experience and not seniority as well as paid holidays and disability & life coverages.
