Palfinger is seeking a strong Quality Manager highly experienced with quality manufacturing practices for steel fabrication and assembly production, to join the team and work out of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Trenton, N.J. As a part of the Trenton Operations team, the Quality Manager will be responsible for supporting Trenton’s Quality function by driving both tactical and strategic programs in collaboration with plant and regional leadership. This position is key part of the Trenton Operations staff. This position assists and supports the Operations and Product Lines related Quality staff to support both the tactical and strategic programs as directed by the plant manager and the Regional Quality Manager.
This role reports to the Trenton Plant Manager, with strong alignment to Regional leadership, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunity for on-going career growth.
