To be successful in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 15 years of professional experience
- A Bachelor’s or (preferably) a Master’s degree in civil or ecological engineering, or related water or earth sciences from an accredited university
- A California’s professional Civil Engineer license
- Course work and practical experience in at least one of the following disciplines applicable to ecosystem restoration design and implementation: geology, fluvial or coastal geomorphology, hydrology, hydraulics, river mechanics, soils, sedimentation, forestry, aquatic or terrestrial biology, ecology, or similar discipline
- Experience in supervising or mentoring staff
