Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
The 97th Civil Engineering Squadron (97th CES) located at Altus AFB in the vicinity of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is responsible for base level support to the US Air Force Education and Training Command and the US Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center. The mission provides responsive, flexible full-spectrum installation engineering services for the 97th Air Mobility Wing and several tenant units. This position requires a professional with specialized technical expertise to support facility design and construction execution. The task order will primarily support “Horizontal and Vertical” construction efforts including but not limited to: construction projects for airfields, site work, utilities, infrastructure, roadways, facility renovations and facility new construction. Support will be provided for Military Construction (MILCON), Facility Sustainment, Repair and Modernization (FSRM) and Unspecified Minor Military construction (UMMC) programs locally.
