State Supply is hiring a Lead Sales Engineer to join our expanding sales team. Since 1933, State Supply has been a distributor of commercial and industrial products for steam heating and hydronic applications. We’ve developed a reputation among mechanical contractors and facilities managers across the Nation as the go-to experts for maintenance, repair, and operations. Currently, we are under construction for an expansion that will double the size of the facility we moved into less than 6 months ago.

About the Job
The Lead Sales Engineer will design and develop a technical training curriculum for onboarding and continuing education of the sales team, work across the sales, purchasing, and software engineering departments to perform diligence on new strategic opportunities, and support customers in a product application capacity. The Lead Sales Engineer will be integral to State Supply’s ability to maintain our momentum and trajectory of continued growth. This is a high-impact role.

Pay and Benefits
State Supply aims to be within the top 10% of the Twin Cities market for total compensation. We believe in paying the best, for the best. The Sales Engineer position pays a base salary of $70k-$90k/annually depending on qualifications, plus a bonus package.
