Are you interested in playing a key leadership role in the development of policies that will impact our transportation system? In this role, you will provide management and direction for policy, planning, major project development, government affairs, programming and investment efforts in ODOT’s Region 1. This will involve partnering with many jurisdictions and agencies to integrate policies, programs and oversight of state and federal funds. You will be responsible for the oversight of two units, Planning and Finance and Major Project Development, and serve as a member of the Region 1 Senior Management Team.

What we need:
Four years of management experience in a public or private organization which included responsibility for each of the following: a) development of program rules and policies, b) development of long- and short-range goals and plans, c) program evaluation, and d) budget preparation.ORThree years of management experience in a public or private organization which included responsibility for each of the following: a) development of program rules and policies, b) development of long- and short-range goals and plans, c) program evaluation, and d) budget preparation AND 45-48 quarter hours (30-32 semester hours) of graduate level coursework in management.In the "Work History" section on your application, you must clearly describe your experience in each of the a), b), c), d) areas listed.
